  • Professor  Demirhan studied residency at Orthopedics Clinic, Heidelberg School of Medicine with DAAD scholarship.
  • Served as Deputy Dean in the School of Medicine of Koç University from 2014 to 2017.
  • He has been the Chairman of European Society for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (Société Européenne pour la Chirurgie de l'Epaule et du Coude - SECEC) since 2018.
  • Authored more than 70 papers published in renowned international journals.
  • Lectured and presented papers in more than 100 international congresses.
  • Principal fields of clinical interest:
    • Shoulder and elbow surgery,
    • Sports traumatology ,
    • Basic science investigations.
