About

• After graduating with honors from Yeditepe University School of Medicine, he completed his surgical residency at Istanbul Faculty of Medicine. During his residency, he undertook a one-year Research Fellowship in the Division of Endocrine Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic (USA) in 2011.
• Following his residency, between 2016 and 2025, he received advanced training at leading international centers in Helsinki, Seoul, Rome, Oxford, and Tokyo, focusing on endocrine and breast surgery, oncoplastic techniques, advanced cancer surgery, and minimally invasive and robotic surgical approaches.
• He holds Fellowship titles from the European Board of Endocrine Surgery (FEBS) and the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Since 2018, he has served as a Board Member of the European Society of Endocrine Surgeons (ESES) and represents his country internationally as a Board Examiner.
• In 2019, he was awarded the Jean-François Henry Award by the European Society of Endocrine Surgeons and has received more than 15 national and international awards and research grants to date.
• He has authored over 100 articles in international peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to more than 300 scientific outputs, including congress presentations. He currently serves as a speaker and faculty member at numerous national and international congresses, courses, and webinars.
• He holds a PhD degree in Molecular Medicine and a diploma in Healthcare Management.
• He is an active member of leading international surgical societies, including the European Society of Endocrine Surgeons ( ESES), the European Society of Breast Cancer Specialists ( EUSOMA), the International Association of Endocrine Surgeons ( IAES), the European Society of Surgical Oncology ( ESSO), and the American College of Surgeons ( ACS).
• He performs approximately 450 surgical procedures annually, maintaining a high-volume and balanced clinical practice in both endocrine and breast surgery. Despite this dual focus, his clinical volume and case complexity in each field are comparable to those of dedicated subspecialty experts at international referral centers.
