Prof. Nefise Barlas Ulusoy, M.D.

Holder of Certificates of American Board of Internal Medicine (granted in 1977), Michigan State Health Professional License (granted in 1978) and American Board of Gastroenterology (granted in 1979).
Her title of Internist was certified in Istanbul University in 1981.
Received the title “Associate Professor” in Istanbul University in 1982 (not affiliated to the organization).
Professor Ulusoy was assigned as Associate Professor to Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine, Marmara University in 1986 and she founded the Division of Gastroenterology.
Received the title “Professor” in Department of Internal Medicine, School of Medicine, Marmara University in 1989.
She was granted the Science Award by Istanbul Office of Turkish Medical Association for her scientific investigations and articles in Gastroenterology in 1999.
