About Training Career About He graduated from İzmir Atatürk High School in 1974 and from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1981. In 1981, he started his specialization in neurosurgery at the same university. He completed his compulsory service at Erzincan State Hospital in 1986. He worked at Eskişehir State Hospital between 1988-1991. Polat worked at Antalya State Hospital between 1991-2009, at Memorial Medstar Oncology Hospital between 2009-2011, and at Lara Medline Hospital between 2011-2014.
