NUTRITION AND DIETETICS

American Medical Center dietitians make nutritional investments that support long-term lifestyle instead of short-term shock diets for healthy growth and development, combating diseases, nutrition in special situations (pregnancy, breastfeeding, etc.), maintaining current health, improving quality of life and having a fitter appearance.

Just as every disease has its own unique medication, there is also a diet treatment. The rate of reaching the target is higher in individuals who are followed up by physicians and dieticians together with a holistic medicine approach. When regular exercise is added to this, the success rate of the treatment increases exponentially.

When you apply to our department, you can meet face-to-face with our dietitians in the clinic, or we also have the opportunity to meet online for out-of-town and overseas requests who do not have the opportunity to come to the clinic.

Our dieticians will ask questions to learn about your lifestyle and eating habits at the first consultation. We will track your body composition by anthropometric measurement devices (it measures muscle, fat, water ... etc.) during clinical process and we will request your body measurements (measurements of height, weight, waist and hip circumference ... etc.) in the online process.

Considering lifestyle, eating habits and body composition, we organize and follow a nutrition plan that suits your daily calorie needs in mutual communication.

The main aim in weight control programs is to have a healthy and fit appearance by increasing muscle mass while reducing fat mass.

As dieticians of the American Medical Center, we believe that everyone has a right to have a quality life. Remember, a quality life is possible only if you know how to eat healthy!
