Ophthalmology

In 2015, as a result of passing the examination administered by the European Board of Ophthalmology (EBO), she earned the Glaucoma Subspecialty Diploma and received the title of FEBOS-GL.
In the same year, in 2015, she worked as a clinical observer at the University of Genoa, Eye Clinic, in the Glaucoma unit, as the top scorer in the glaucoma module exam of the European School for Advanced Studies in Ophthalmology (ESASO).
Between 2016 and 2017, she served as a clinical researcher in the field of glaucoma at the University of Toronto, St. Michael's Hospital. During this period, her research on "Optic Nerve Hemorrhages in Glaucoma" was published in the international literature.
Since 2017, she has been an active member of the Turkish Ophthalmology Association's Glaucoma unit.
Starting in 2018, she has been a member of the European Glaucoma Society (EGS) Next Generation Partnership and the Special Interest Group (SIG-Angle Closure Glaucoma).
Since 2021, she has been a member of the World Glaucoma Association (WGA) Associate Advisory Board and the Education Committee.
