About Training Career About He was awarded the title “Associate Professor” in 1985 and “Professor” in 1993. He authored more than 30 studies that are largely experimental in nature and published in international journals and many book chapters, and his studies are internationally cited for more than 100 times. He worked as Observer Fellow in healthcare facilities that are successful in the field of orthopedics at various times in the U.S., the U.K. (Birmingham) and Germany. He worked in the board of Istanbul School of Medicine and the board of Solidarity Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology thrice for 5.5 years. Member TOTBID (Turkish Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology), Turkish Medical Association, Istanbul Chamber of Medicine, Turkish Solidarity Association of Orthopedics and Traumatology, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), AACPDM and Cercle d'Orient. He is the founder of Gait Analysis Laboratory in Istanbul University, and he still conducts many studies on pathomechanics and provides counseling services.
