CODE LOTUS MINDFULNESS CENTER

In today’s world, hospitals typically go beyond conventional health services, with an intense focus on integrative medicine. Recent scientific research has proven that stress, anxiety, and environmental factors are substantial triggers of many modern diseases. While conventional modern medicine is designed to improve our physical and mental health; holistic approaches such as mindfulness, yoga, acupuncture, meditation, and healthy nutrition integrate effectively with modern medicine to complement and support the current health care system.

Within the scope of our investments in integrative medicine at the American Hospital, we launched the Code Lotus project in 2018 with the motto "Heal Yourself". As with many leading hospitals such as the Cleveland Clinic and MD Anderson, at the Code Lotus Mindfulness Center, we offer specially designed programs and workshops that can be attended by our employees under intense stress, patients, and anyone else who does not feel well as a result of the pace and pressures inherent in modern life.

While Code Blue in hospitals refers to cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Code Lotus deals with the holistic resuscitation of spirit, body, and mind. Code Lotus aims to provide body and breath awareness based on mindfulness with yoga, pilates, and meditation classes for outside participants, pregnant women, and patients suffering from spinal health issues, chronic pain, and cancer. In addition, homeopathy, biofeedback, chiropractic, functional medicine, osteopathy, alternative nutrition, and acupuncture are some of the future therapies that will be included in our program.
